Paul coaches clients across various industries, including leaders and executives in different C-suite roles such as CEO, COO, CHRO, and others, both in the US and internationally.
Paul is a highly accomplished senior healthcare executive and physician with a notable clinical practice and leadership career. Throughout his career, Paul has held numerous senior leadership positions, including serving as CEO for two prominent complex healthcare organizations and as a system-level senior officer within a nine-facility healthcare system.
He earned an undergraduate degree from Abilene Christian University and a medical degree from UT Southwestern. He completed graduate medical training at Vanderbilt and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Harvard Medical School, and holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Paul is a Certified Hudson Institute Coach, having completed the Coach Certification Program at the Hudson Institute of Coaching in Santa Barbara, California. Paul is certified as a Leadership Circle Profile Practitioner. The Leadership Circle Profile is a powerful, validated tool that provides deep insights into leadership performance and behaviors. He is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
