As an executive, Paul incorporated coaching into his leadership style to develop his team members and drive organizational success. Through this approach, he gained a reputation as a leader who cultivated exceptional teams, inspiring those around him to grow as leaders and achieve their highest potential.
At its best, coaching is neither advising nor mentoring. Change happens through a working partnership between the client and the coach. Development, improved performance, and overall well-being emerge.
Paul is an accomplished senior healthcare executive and physician with a distinguished clinical practice and executive leadership career. "Organization doesn't really accomplish anything. Plans don't accomplish anything, either. Theories of management don't much matter. Endeavors succeed or fail because of the people involved. Only by attracting the best people will you accomplish great deeds."
